Estreñimiento en mi bebe

Buenos dias, tengo un bebé de dos semanas y estamos con leche artificial. Hasta el momento le iba muy bien pero ha empezado con estreñimiento, no llora pero se le ve que está inquieto y con la tripa dura y demás, sabeis algun truco para aliviar esto? como revertir el estreñimiento?
